These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 567tv platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the provisions set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.
You must be aged 21 or above and legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction. One account per individual — duplicate accounts will be suspended.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 567tv will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access due to your failure to secure your details.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian banks. Bonus withdrawal conditions apply.
All promotions are subject to wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry windows. Abuse of bonus offers may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Cheating, collusion, use of automated software, money laundering, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure with funds frozen pending investigation.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 567tv, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
Age Restriction: 567tv enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the verified payment source, net of any winnings generated, which will be forfeited in full.
Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the 567tv platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and contact phone number. You undertake to update this information promptly should any of the details change after account creation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 567tv immediately at [email protected]. 567tv will not be liable for any losses attributable to the unauthorised use of your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Where 567tv identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be immediately suspended. Any Bonus Funds, Winnings, or promotional credits held in duplicate Accounts will be forfeited. The original Account may be reviewed and subject to restrictions depending on the extent of the irregularity.
567tv is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. KYC verification may be requested at the time of registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal, or at any other time at 567tv's discretion.
You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:
567tv endeavours to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving a complete documentation submission. Incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent submissions will be returned for resubmission, which may delay the verification timeline.
567tv reserves the right to place a hold on pending withdrawal requests until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. No interest or compensation is payable on funds held during the verification period.
All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account less any applicable processing fees.
567tv accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels:
The minimum deposit amount is MYR 20 for e-wallet transactions and MYR 50 for bank transfers, unless otherwise specified in active promotional materials. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30.
All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. 567tv does not charge currency conversion fees; however, external processing fees imposed by payment providers remain the Player's responsibility.
Deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow are typically credited instantaneously. Bank transfer deposits may take 5 to 10 minutes depending on the originating bank's processing speed. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of network confirmations.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that (a) is registered in your name and (b) has been previously used to make a deposit into your Account, unless 567tv expressly permits an alternative method in writing. 567tv reserves the right to request additional verification prior to processing any withdrawal.
Prior to submitting a withdrawal request, the Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified. Where Bonus Funds have been credited to the Account, applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before the associated balance component becomes eligible for withdrawal. 567tv reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds.
567tv does not charge withdrawal processing fees for standard MYR withdrawals. Cryptocurrency network fees (gas fees) are borne by the Player and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount at the prevailing network rate. Fees imposed by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider are outside 567tv's control.
567tv offers various promotional incentives including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral commissions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount (x15).
While Bonus Funds remain active in an Account, the maximum stake per bet or spin is limited to MYR 25 per round, unless a different cap is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets exceeding this threshold while a bonus is active will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
Not all game types contribute equally toward the clearance of wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games contribute 10–20%; virtual sports and instant games contribute 50%. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms and are subject to change.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, all Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire 14 days after the date of bonus credit. Upon expiry, uncompleted Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom are automatically forfeited.
567tv employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional loopholes, placing low-variance bets to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to abuse referral programmes. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
All bets placed through 567tv are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product — including sports betting, live dealer games, slot games, and instant games. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.
All sports bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be changed, cancelled, or reversed after placement unless explicitly permitted by the platform's void/cancellation policy in respect of postponed events, abandoned matches, or obvious pricing errors. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; (b) the bet was placed at an obviously erroneous price due to a technical or pricing error; (c) the bet relates to an event on which the outcome was known at the time of placement.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game type and are displayed within the relevant game interface. 567tv reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of any individual Player at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 567tv platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content published on the 567tv platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 567tv or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 567tv.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 567tv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 567tv has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
567tv does not warrant that the platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and network disruptions may occasionally affect service availability. 567tv will not be liable for losses sustained as a direct result of platform unavailability during such periods.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages, the above limitations may not apply to you in full. In such cases, 567tv's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of Account closure by 567tv due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance will be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation is resolved in the Player's favour, funds will be returned via the original payment method. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are not refundable in any circumstances following a confirmed breach.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. In the event of a dispute between you and 567tv arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, you agree to first contact 567tv's customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal written complaint to our support team at [email protected], clearly stating the nature of your dispute, the relevant Account details, and the resolution you are seeking. 567tv will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the formal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to an independent third-party adjudicator. 567tv's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and technical faults shall be final and binding, provided that such decisions are made in good faith and are not arbitrary or unreasonable.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 567tv holds its operating authorisation. Players accessing the platform from Malaysia do so voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
